Jim Winn was initially referred to us in 2016 to help us purchase our home as first-time home buyers. We lived in our home happily for nearly 7 years when a relocation for work had us quickly looking to sell our house. My review from 6 years ago tells a tale of how easy Jim’s team made buying a house and I’m happy to report that selling a house was just as easy. Jim understood our needs and timeline and worked swiftly and diligently to make sure that selling our house was the least of our relocation concerns.
